1. Acceptance

By using Flourish, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Flourish is a biblical life mastery platform providing 3-year devotionals, community features, prayer tracking, giving/donations, and a store for faith-based products.

3. Giving & Store

• Donations: Processed via Stripe. Minimum $1.00, maximum $50,000 per transaction.
• Store: Prices are set server-side. Attempts to manipulate prices will be rejected.
• Refunds: Store orders eligible for refund within 30 days. Donations are non-refundable unless an error occurred.

4. User Conduct

• Don't share account credentials
• Don't attempt to manipulate prices, access other users' data, or forge donations
• Respect church community guidelines in prayer requests and messages
• Don't use the platform for commercial solicitation

5. Church Communities

Church leaders (verified server-side) can view church-wide prayer requests and giving records for their church. Pastoral-only prayer requests are visible only to assigned pastors. Users can set prayer request privacy: private, church_wide, or pastoral_only.

6. Intellectual Property

Flourish content, devotionals, and curriculum are owned by Flourish. User-generated content (prayer requests, journal entries) remains owned by the user.

7. Liability

Flourish is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use. Maximum liability is limited to the amount donated or purchased in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. You may cancel anytime. Data retained for 30 days after termination.
